The reason I am writing is that I feel other people should know.
I just recently became a single mother of 2.
My husband walked out on us, and he just took the car that I bought. I guess he needed it more than we do. All he said to me was: take uber!
So, I desperately needed a car - and been sitting on the net like for 2 weeks, and somehow i stumbled upon this website of Silverback automotive, Then Markus called me and i told him that i just NEED a car, doesn't matter what, as long its the cheapest and low monthly payments, and NO down payment, coz i just cant afford it.
So, for 2 weeks we tried this and that way how to get me some great deal with my horrible credit score and we have in the family another car..
Well, anyway, long story short - I got a BRAND NEW CAR 2017 lease for a very low monthly payment and NO downpayment. and this brand new smelling gorgeous Chevy Cruze was delivered to my front door!
I still cant believe I HAVE a car! I think i've never been this happy to have a car!
And its a miracle that I got such low payment, bcos our other car Toyota Corolla 2017 Lease we pay almost $400 + insurance - and that was with almost 700 score! Of course, you can see how we got ripped off by Culver City Toyota dealer!
Plus, Markus he even waved the broker fee knowing how financially im tight at this point, though in my experience i know they never do that, in fact this Cost-U-Less insurance charged me like $300 broker or agent fee - and she never even told me that I will be charged this horrendous fee!!! Only after i got the paper bill - i saw this fee and was just horrified!! I felt so angry and so cheated!
I know that from now on, i will never go to those car dealers, I know NOW that they always ripped us off by sooooooo much!
I will just go to Markus again, and once i build up my credit I know that he will get me the best deal out there. Plus, I didn't even LEAVE MY HOME! He did everything!

So I was looking for a new car and I found Silverback through yelp and WOW they got me such a great deal that I could not resist. I was helped by Marcus and OMG he was awesome. I asked what car I was looking for and the price I'm trying to aim at that is lower than dealers' price. Marcus made it happen!

I actually contacted Marcus two weeks ago for the Lexus RX F Sport but the car was so rare to find. I made phone call to many dealerships in my area and they didn't have the white on red F Sport. Marcus told me and will have one soon, so I took my chances and waited. On Tuesday the 22nd i got a call from him saying there is one available. I didn't waste any time and grab it as fast as I could.

Marcus helped me through all my options over the phone. He knew I was working so he would call and leave a voice mail and I called him right back. I've noticed every time Marcus picked up his phone I was greeted by "Good Morning" "How you doing today?" This is way far better than all the other brokers I've contacted. Marcus gave me no pressure at all when dealing with the car. I had a few brokers would turn me away because on how the rare the car was. Marcus did not.

Today I got my car delivered to my home with the dealer specialist. Sam helped me with all the questions I have and even helped me with the car tutorial. Sign all the paper work and the car was mine!

Marcus is awesome!!! The other dealer I was working with for mercedes couldn't approve my application Marcus took just about 10 days to complete everything and delivered my car. He got me super good price on my c300 no hassle at all it was so simple great service I'm very happy with their service definitely will come back and bring more people in future!!

After many years of leasing my car directly from the dealers and having to go through what I can describe as B.S. back and forth with salesman and managers and hours on hours of headache;I finally decided to try a broker.

I went to Silverback because my friend had recommended the friendly staff and ease of transaction he had. I wasn't disappointed , and they came through for me like champs.

I just told them what I wanted and what I was willing to pay for and they did the rest. After a few hours, not only did he come back with the car I wanted but a price to my surprise that was lower than what I was expecting to pay. They basically took all the nonsense out of leasing a car and made the entire process extremely convenient and smooth.
