It was so easy and simple steps just like the website states. I had spent hours and hours shopping and speaking to different dealerships and they all wanted me to come-in. Everything good you've read about this place is true, and possibly underselling the value of their services. I contacted them via the form on their website and Marcus reached out the next day. We had a great, frank conversation about what I wanted and what I could get, and the relationships he had with manufacturers that would suit my budget and the kind of ride I wanted. I told him I'd like to think about it and felt no pressure from that point on until I contacted him again to give the go ahead and look for the car I wanted to lease. We talked color, trim, etc., and he insisted on doing the legwork before we discussed invoicing, to make sure he could deliver. Not only did he get me an amazing deal on a 2021 Sportage with the exact lease terms I wanted, but he got me THE 2021 Sportage I saw in inventory at a local dealership. It was the only one of its color within a hundred miles, it had the package on it that made it as good as the next trim up at a substantially lower monthly cost, and - and it's difficult to stress this enough - it happened totally seamlessly in about 4 hours. I gave him the go ahead in the early afternoon and had a car delivered to my doorstep by 6pm, at an incredibly low monthly cost and paying almost nothing to get it off the lot. DMV taken care of, financing in place, all of it. I had spent months researching and reading up on how to handle dealerships and everything that goes with getting (my first!) new cars, and Marcus made it an easy, enjoyable, stress-free, rewarding experience. He was super communicative, available, friendly, he put up with me checking in after the fact with multiple questions, you name it. Cannot recommend this company highly enough, and cannot fathom why you would EVER get a car any other way!

Working with Marcus at Silverback Automotive was by far one of the best car leasing experiences I've had. Before finding out about Silverback, I had spoken to many different car leasing agencies and was not met with even half the professionalism Marcus has shown. Not only is he the nicest, most patient guy ever, but he was able to find me the best deal for my 2015 Lexus IS 250 F-sport package. He was even kind enough to go out of his way and have my car delivered to my front door.

Great customer service. I moved from the East Coast to LA and was looking to getting a commuter car. Time was an issue and I didn't want to deal with the hassle of going to a dealer. Silverback came through in a pinch, Marcus was super helpful. Got me into a 2017 RAV4 lease within a couple of hours without any leg work from my end.
