I never considered buying a car this way, but am now so glad i did! I was very short on time and needed a work van asap. I didnt have enough time off from work to spend all day at a dealership playing the "let me ask my manager" game. I had just about given up when i came across Silverback Automotive. I was hesitant because I had never heard of them before and really, who gets all perfect reviews? But Im glad i went with my gut and contacted Marcus. I seriously can't believe how easy it was to buy a new van. About as simple as ordering a pizza! You tell him what you want and he does all the work to find it and calls you with the details. They will even drive it to you. It really did take less than 15 min to sign the papers and get on the road in my brand new transit. Now I know why they have such great reviews. So I was looking for a new car and I found Silverback through yelp and WOW they got me such a great deal that I could not resist. I was helped by Marcus and OMG he was awesome. I asked what car I was looking for and the price I'm trying to aim at that is lower than dealers' price. Marcus made it happen!

I actually contacted Marcus two weeks ago for the Lexus RX F Sport but the car was so rare to find. I made phone call to many dealerships in my area and they didn't have the white on red F Sport. Marcus told me and will have one soon, so I took my chances and waited. On Tuesday the 22nd i got a call from him saying there is one available. I didn't waste any time and grab it as fast as I could.

Marcus helped me through all my options over the phone. He knew I was working so he would call and leave a voice mail and I called him right back. I've noticed every time Marcus picked up his phone I was greeted by "Good Morning" "How you doing today?" This is way far better than all the other brokers I've contacted. Marcus gave me no pressure at all when dealing with the car. I had a few brokers would turn me away because on how the rare the car was. Marcus did not.

Today I got my car delivered to my home with the dealer specialist. Sam helped me with all the questions I have and even helped me with the car tutorial. Sign all the paper work and the car was mine!

Everything good you've read about this place is true, and possibly underselling the value of their services. I contacted them via the form on their website and Marcus reached out the next day. We had a great, frank conversation about what I wanted and what I could get, and the relationships he had with manufacturers that would suit my budget and the kind of ride I wanted. I told him I'd like to think about it and felt no pressure from that point on until I contacted him again to give the go ahead and look for the car I wanted to lease. We talked color, trim, etc., and he insisted on doing the legwork before we discussed invoicing, to make sure he could deliver. Not only did he get me an amazing deal on a 2021 Sportage with the exact lease terms I wanted, but he got me THE 2021 Sportage I saw in inventory at a local dealership. It was the only one of its color within a hundred miles, it had the package on it that made it as good as the next trim up at a substantially lower monthly cost, and - and it's difficult to stress this enough - it happened totally seamlessly in about 4 hours. I gave him the go ahead in the early afternoon and had a car delivered to my doorstep by 6pm, at an incredibly low monthly cost and paying almost nothing to get it off the lot. DMV taken care of, financing in place, all of it. I had spent months researching and reading up on how to handle dealerships and everything that goes with getting (my first!) new cars, and Marcus made it an easy, enjoyable, stress-free, rewarding experience. He was super communicative, available, friendly, he put up with me checking in after the fact with multiple questions, you name it. Cannot recommend this company highly enough, and cannot fathom why you would EVER get a car any other way!

This was my first time leasing a car, so I was unaware about how the whole process worked or how to not get taken advantage of by car salesmen. I am really glad I went through Silverback because they helped me 100% of the way. I wanted to write a thank you to Nader for going above and beyond on hooking me up with my new 2017 Kia Optima LX. It's a beautiful car and I was able to get it at a price that was absolutely incredible. Nader worked day in and day out to make sure I had the perfect deal and that I didn't get taken advantage of. I had an excellent experience with Marcus. Given the pandemic, I called him a couple of weeks ago and let him know I was interested in leasing, but was aiming to hold off until April because of a contract I had on a rental car. He assured me he'd let me know if he got any sense that I should move up my timeline, and he kept me informed when some dealerships began to close their sales sides down because of the virus. He kept working with me in the intervening weeks, and was able to locate the exact car my wife and I wanted (and even the trim) at under MSRP, as soon as we were ready to pull the trigger. He went above and beyond in every way in a stressful time. We will definitely work with him again in the future.
